Hello! I am Benjamin Hur. PhD in bioinformatics.

I am trained to prioritize genes by handling multiple heterogeneous data at once.

I have analyzed various raw data (200+ RNA-seq, 120+ Exome-seq, 4+ MBD-seq, 50+ microarray) as well as and developing online, offline pipelines for my collaborators.

Experienced with network propagation (Random Walk with Restart), machine learning (Random Forest, SVM, Clustering), and other bioinformatics approaches.
